Terms and Conditions • Posh Paws Pet Sitters will issue additional invoices after the initial payment for services for any additional or corrected charges due for that booking. • Vaccinations are required for drop-in visits for your pet! We require up to date for your pets age of Rabies both cats and dogs. These records must be kept up to date each time your pet's vaccinations expire. • The visit begins when the sitter arrives at the home. If the sitter is unable to access the home through the means provided by the client at the meet and greet, the sitter will contact the client immediately for assistance. The sitter will remain at the home trying to contact the client and trying to obtain access to the home through the provided means for the entire length of the visit. However, due to a sitter's busy schedule they might be unable to stay after the allotted time frame booked for the visit. The client will still be charged for the visit and if the sitter needs to return at a later time will be charged for a second visit. To avoid this, Posh Paws recommends clients allow the sitter to have a code to the door or garage, or the client purchases a coded key box and leaves a physical key in a lock box for the sitter to access the home. We rarely have issues accessing the home with a code to the deadbolt, garage, or a coded key box. We frequently have issues obtaining access to the home for clients who try to use electronic keys or opening doors and garages remotely from their devices. For your pet to receive the care that they need on time, we do not recommend remote entry or electronic keys. • No notice cancellation policy: If a sitter was not given ample notice and the visit is cancelled or no longer needed, the client will still be billed for that visit to compensate the sitter for their time and loss in other bookings due to your time being reserved. Please give as much notice as you can if your visit schedule changes. The sitter must be made aware with ample time of the cancellation before the booked service to avoid being charged for the service. • The multiple pet rate applies if you have multiple pets that will be around or present during the visit time. This applies even if the additional pet isn't the main reason for the visit. For example, you have a new puppy! YAY! Your new puppy needs more frequent potty breaks than your adult dog, so you need a sitter to come let your puppy out to play, potty, and poop. We do still charge the multiple pet rate because your adult dog will be participating in the visit, will want to join in the play time and require attention and time. • If the required tasks during the visit can't be reasonably completed in the initially booked time, or unforeseen circumstances caused by you or your pet cause the sitter to have to stay longer than booked, an additional charge will be added on a case-by-case basis. • If the distance is greater than 15 minutes or 5 miles from your assigned sitter, then a $5 fee may apply. • If requested, sitters will pick up poop if your dog poops during the visit time. For pickup of dog waste already laying in your yard see our poop pick up services! • For medium or large dogs that pull during walks, a harness with a clip on the front chest area or a pulling resistant leash will be required. This is to protect the sitter and pet. Safety tip for pet parents! • WE DO NOT WORK WITH AGGRESSIVE PETS! Sitters reserve the right to report bites, attacks, and any false or misleading information provided by the owner regarding a pet’s temperament to local authorities at their discretion. Owners will be responsible for any medical costs arising from their pet’s behaviors. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions *I agreeSignature *Clear SignatureSubmit
