I have experience as a vet tech, pet sitter, dog foster mom, wildlife rehabilitator, exotic care and of course, loving and nurturing my own pets. Hello, my name is Emily! I moved here from Pennsylvania and I’m going into Alvin Community College. I’ve always had a big heart for animals as I grew up having cats and dogs. My love for animals grew when I started working at a rescue for cats and larger dog breeds that were strays or had been neglected or surrendered. I also worked at an animal resort for boarding and daycare where I grew close with many of the regular cats and dogs.

When I was 6 years old, my Mom told me to close my eyes and hold out my hands. I opened them to the most adorable tiny kitten, my first pet!
